Covid as a catalyst for Transformation.

It has been two years since mankind faced COVID 19 for the fist time. These two years have drastically changed the lives of the earthlings. Every family on this planes got affected one one way or another.

What is it? The crisis that has come to destroy us or is it a chance to change yourself and your life?
What do we feel about it depends personally on each of us.
Many of us went through personal death or the death of their loved ones and were able to rise again.

In this IMP, I want to share my personal experience of transformation, as a person who made it through COVID, as a witness of many lessons that COVID brought to me and my relatives. Also I would like to share my personal experience as an epidemiologist.

Ковид, как катализатор Трансформаций.

Вот уже два года, как человечество узнало о ковид 19. Эти два года изменили жизнь землян.
Нет ни одной семьи, которую обошёл этот вирус стороной.

Что это? Кризис, который пришел нас уничтожить или это шанс изменить себя и свою жизнь?
Как мы к этому относимся, это зависит лично от каждого из нас.
Многие прошли через свою смерть, смерть своих близких и любимых людей и смогли воскреснуть вновь .

В этом IMP я хочу поделиться личным опытом своей трансформации, как человек, который перенёс ковид, как свидетель многих уроков за это время среди моих близких людей. И мой личный опыт как врача- эпидемиолога.
