A 4-week program aligned with the cosmic rhythms of June, designed to assist in purification, healing, and Oversoul reconnection.



🌕 DISTANCE HEALING PROGRAM – JUNE 2025
Theme: “Light & Rebirth – Walking Through the Solar Gate”

🔹 WEEK 1: OPENING THE GATE – LIGHT MEETS THE SHADOW (June 1–7)
Main Focus:
• Heart and Third Eye chakra activation meditation
• Recognizing old patterns: limiting beliefs, wounds
• Letter to the Shadow: honest reflection and release
Practices:
• 15-minute morning meditation: “I am ready to see the truth”
• Daily emotional journaling
• Water ritual of remembrance with positive affirmations



🔹 WEEK 2: AWAKENING – LISTENING TO THE SOUL (June 8–14)
Main Focus:
• Full Moon on June 11: letting go ritual & lunar meditation
• Reconnecting with soul dreams and higher-dimensional guidance
• Working with ancestral lines and family karma
Practices:
• Moonlight meditation: “Release me from what no longer serves me”
• Record dreams for 3 consecutive nights
• Set up a temporary ancestor altar with incense and prayer



🔹 WEEK 3: SOLSTICE LIGHT – INNER SUN & REBIRTH (June 15–21)
Main Focus:
• Summer/Winter Solstice on June 21: Inner Sun activation ritual
• Solar Plexus (3rd chakra) work – reclaiming divine will
• Receiving spiritual vision for your path ahead
Practices:
• Early morning sun-gazing meditation
• Breathing awareness centered on the belly/navel
• Drawing a soul map for the journey beyond July



🔹 WEEK 4: INTEGRATION – INNER PEACE & RESTRUCTURING (June 22–30)
Main Focus:
• Calming the nervous system – body recovery after energetic shifts
• Reprogramming with positive beliefs – living in the present
• Gaining clarity on your soul’s role in the coming months
Practices:
• 10 minutes of silent meditation daily (especially after dinner)
• Grounding: gardening, touching the earth, nurturing plants
• Writing 3 soul commitments for the next 6 months
