Retreat Structure
Phase I – Preparation (Nov 11–20)
Release old patterns, ground your energy, and strengthen your inner temple.
Phase II – Activation (Nov 21–Dec 2)
Daily transmissions and meditations aligned with the 11:11–12:12 frequency corridor to awaken deeper layers of soul intelligence.
Phase III – Integration (Dec 3–12)
Anchor higher light codes into daily life, service, and creative expression.
Each day includes:
• A theme or energy code for contemplation
• A ritual or invocation to activate the energy code
• A reflection question for deeper awareness
How to Participate
• Each day, a Practice Handbook will be sent to all participants.
• You may join live or practice in your own time.
• Open to all — no prior experience required.
