In this session, Muheti will be sharing about how intentional planting can help us reconnect to this gift of nature to rebuild our physical, mental, social and phycological resilience.
He will also be sharing how the plants communicate between themselves and with us, will share the existing social media community of plants and greenery, as well as some useful techniques that can be applied into our day to day life, benefiting ourselves, the plants & greenery, and the environment.
